There's this doctor, a surgeon. The gimmick is, he's got Down's Syndrome. The drama comes from him having the face the prejudice against him by people who doubt his skills just because he can't remember things good. Also, he blinks an awful lot.

I have a similar idea for a VR game in which a hideous retard who happens to be a medical savant hires a normal person to do the doctoring for him, and he must speak through the earpiece.
