Today is SUNDAY Sunday SUNDAY.
Friday I celebrated with a huge Shrimp salad. I was not aware it was the beginning of Passover. I will however break open a new box of Matzos for a snack later this evening. Maybe some smoked Oysters because they go really well with Matzos.
Saturday noon I celebrated Buddha's birthday in a Buddhist temple and ate a bowl of Yokohama Udon, it did have a smidgen of pork in it.

Childhood memories. Mom is a super great cook and one rushed day back when I was about 7 years old, she opened up a can of Boyardee whatever and heated it.
Never once since that tyme have eye tried anything out of a can that is called Italian anything OTHER then of course Termaters for sauce and paste n such.
If there is a proper English word for the opposite of Al Dente, its what comes in a can from Boyardee.
