Actually I think what that that guy is crying about makes sense at first glance tho..

It's from Phrma which is the main pharmaceutical industry lobbying group in the US. They are paid to be against things that will hurt their patrons' bottom line, even if it would good for all Americans in the aggregate. I don't have an opinion on Pelosi's plan though as I didn't read the bill, because it's not going to pass this Congress anyway.
