For making bread. Trying an "easier" recipe with some yeast in it for my first sourdough although I know that's not traditional, I hear using the starter only is harder to do if you're a beginner.

I know but be honest here..it does sound like something you might have said if you had been drinking last night right? And I started drinking early today so at the time it seemed like a good idea.
