Honestly if you've already bought into the creation and the flood and all the old testament stuff and then Jesus and all the new testament stuff... I mean once you've gone that far going KJV-only and believing a group of Englishmen 400 years ago was divinely inspired by God personally to get His word exactly right is pretty minor in comparison.
One thing I would like to figure out from the KJV-only people is how this works for other, non-English languages. Not as a cheap "gotcha" either, but like really curious how it works. Does each language get at least one divinely inspired translation eventually? Or do other languages just have to make do with sub-par translations? (Assume for the sake of argument that "just teach them English and give them the KJV" isn't a workable answer)

His best friend is another male who is also a manga writer but with fantasy stories. His little brother is an accidental trap who is a mother hen type.

As far as I can tell, it seems to differ with ministries. A lot of them seem to qualify their statements by saying the KJV is the most accurate English translation. It looks like most of the KJV only churches are in the US and have English speaking congregations, so they are mostly silent on question of other languages. This Life Gate Baptist page even has a section about "What we don't believe" where they explicitly deny teaching that people need to learn English to read the KJV. So I'm guessing they've had to deal with some thorny questions before.
By far the most fun answer comes from Chick publications that English is God's chosen language and they have a whole page of videos of cartoons explaining why God's word is only correct if it faithfully reproduces the English in the KJV. In fact, there was a whole plot by Satan and the Vatican to corrupt the Bible.
