I recently mailed something through USPS and it had to go about six blocks. It took them almost a full week to deliver it AND they fucked up the tracking info too. Anyone who thinks USPS is stalking anyone clearly has never sent an envelope via them.

Have you ever seen their YouTube "proof" videos? It is usually someone in parking lot, and normal things are happening, like cars parking, people waking into stores, etc., and every one of them, the guy says something like, "Oh, look, that car just HAPPENED to park there! See? See?"
