I have a dell N242F and it does me good.
I paid like 15 bucks for it and it's fine.
It's black, very slim, boxxy and skinny and it even has a blue LED for capslock.

It matches my dell E198WFP monitor perfectly too.

To me aesthetics are more important. Just a preference.
