Not sure. Assuming you're using windows, can you open up a command prompt (start menu->run->cmd.exe or find it in the list) and type in "tracert minichan.org" and copy-paste the output to an admin PM? You can copypaste by right clicking, choosing mark, and dragging the selection and right click again, then it's copied.
