I know you're not supposed to answer back it's not considered threats if you answer back but I do want to take care of this one myself... His friend Shaithreaten me so badly that she got charged with criminal harassment and assault I called the police on that one but this one is all mine

IMO, he's the type to quickly lose interest if you stop responding. Assuming that text is recent, he isn't properly blocked on your phone and still exists in your contacts (because his name appears). I do think you should make the police aware of everything he sends your way, but don't be tempted to respond. It'll only hurt you in every possible way. There's nothing to gain from interacting with him (if there ever was).
Try to have somebody with you if you think he might pay you a visit, but for God's sake, don't go looking for him.

Just so ya know i had a similar situation early this year (edit: more drastic bc he brought a gun to my window) and all that happened was a restraining order was granted. Im in quebec tho so ymmv /shrug
