I was assigned female at birth, but I've always felt I was in the wrong body. I was meant to be a transwoman. In order to cure my dysphoria, I believe I need surgery to create a neophallus and then once healed, have it inverted so I can get the neovagina I always wanted. Is this possible? Are there doctors who specialize in this kind of thing? Thank you.

Towelly suggested a Skype doctor, but it turns out this outside their scope of practice.
