Mine, in no particular order, are:
Beethoven 3, 5, 7 and 9
Bruckner 2, 4, 6, 8 and 9
Mahler 2, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 (the sublime finished adagio)
Brahms 3 and 4
Schubert 8 (unfinished)
Shostakovich 5 and 9
Tchaikovsky 5 and 6 (the 6th is the greatest symphony ever written in my opinion)
Mozart 40 and 41
Berlioz Symphonie Fantastique
