I am NOT at all surprised that OP is upset.
Reminds me of the time that Pedophile Indy attempted to prove he could cook a simple curry dish. He did a youtube proving exactly what a burger flipper wood do when trying to make a real ethnic dish.
Damn fool thinks if he opens a spice bottle and dumps it in2 food. Nuff said
Sponge in image No's more about food than OP
Image does need assist if one wants all that image can be

Only Louisiana Grandmothers I No, currently live in Los Angeles San Francisco Denver Co and San Diego.
Because unemployment was once so horrid the only work ended up being OUT West - Which is why WE have a Huge Cajun and Creole community.
Just got notice of a gal who ran Cajun Dances in Los Angeles and she asked me to be their teacher and when I was in town I sure did luv that Gig and with little time left in day for play I AM Going over memory lane about those Culver City Masonic lodge Cajun dances. The couple that taught me to dance years prior ended up asking me and a gal friend of my choice (I varied those partners) and this was a PAID To Teach Gig - One of the best things about that were the couples that met there and I taught them and many ended up Married with Kids - I still get tapped on shoulder to this day with thank you's about those days -
The Band was super strict about music they played had to be totally Cajun and only on occasions wood Creole guests add to band and then a few Zydeco tunes -
Best thing about the Grandmothers and Mothers - They cooked true versions of Cajun and Creole Gumbos and other dishes and loved to share not just with me but with the whole dancing community.
