Okay,

So I read allot about boofing but I only read experiences etc... Not sure if I really know how it works.

My English is not that good so I take the easy way and gonna ask it:

I have an capsule containing 180mg 3-MMC. If I put this straight into my anus I will feel the effects in the given time frame, this is basically boofing?
