I think that some women, possibly even a majority, desire sex just as much as men. They just go about it differently, either because they have higher standards, or because they expect men to chase after them, or because they have more inhibitions, or simply because their culture tells them that that's how women are supposed to be.
But then on top of all that, there is the commonly held belief that women simply aren't as "horny" as men. Thoughts?

I could see venereal disease rates skyrocket due to extreme sexual freedom and carelessness. Teenage pregnancies skyrocket, abortions becoming as typical as taking an aspirin. Women are usually the voice of reason in a sexual relationship, either by making the man protect themselves or postponing and planning their sexual encounters as well as telling them to pull out and shit. Taking that faculty away from them when making them as sexually aggressive as men would cause many problems, IMO.
