She taught them to render the fat from the skin and save money (This may or may not have been such a healthy option) Mexicans close by were struggling money wise so every little bit helped.

In turn Mexicans as recent arrivals to a Hood full of only Jews, showed my mom how to cook unique Mexican food items. Chile Rellenos was totally one of Her Gifts to me to continue on and she learned how to do the True Spanish version which is MORE Healthy because of Less Cheese and Ground Lean Meat. When I want to see friends at a dinner party go Orgasmatic I serve them a sample of my Chile Rellenos and they go Fucking Crazy begging for more more more. And they are baked not Fried so they are totally more Healthy and my version is Crunchy Crisp out outside like Fried Chicken - Without Frying and Yes there is a small amount of Cheese added at the very last minute
