Have you tried the flavour things? I tried four and found all of them disgusting. The Mocha one was the closest to palatable.

Never tried Huel, and they have it for sale at 24 Hour Fitness so may give it a go - HAVE also not tried Brits Marmite - Only because I assumed it was much like Vegemite which I spit out because of super high Salt Content but I now see Marmite being basically the same product re Yeast Extract has a lower salt content.

Why are you a member of a 24 hour gym if you run 10 myles a day, surf and dance?

I stopped the 10 miles on beach daily but on Monday I did the full 10 for the first time in about 6 weeks. I am trying to keep it to just once a month.
The moment of inertia of the sand as a surface and the lack of hills/bluffs high or long enough trail wise just was NOT giving me what I need from an Aerobic run. I need the Endorphin high and an ordinary 10 or even more mile run only lead to a limit on what I could get - Not just the Endorphins but I am pushing my limits and kicking up the speed of a beach run just doesn't cut it for me. Treadmill of course is so easy to set the Grade as in simulating a long hill climb and one wood need a mountain to keep going uphill for just over one hour. Speed control and push of a treadmill to keep up WORKS Just Works.

And all those fun machines for arms and legs and the Powerful Jacuzzi that makes my home Jacuzzi ugh and the steam rooms wet and dry and swimming pool that I had to take out here at home because of pressure it put on the Bluff - Frankly I have become a fan of 24 hour fitness - Plus legally to get the water pressure for showers they have for my home? Finding a plumber who will violate city codes is not a good way to keep my home insurance police from going wonky. They have so much pressure you have to hold on for your life so you don't get blown out of showers.

And other benefits re a thing I do for them for security at no charge in three different gyms soon to be four - Plus not because of what I do for them but cost to me is 0$, because Medical insurance totally covers.

Dancing is almost Aerobic but one needs 23 straight minute as continuous which only Festivals provide - Surfing does Nada for Aerobics but does produce Endorphins after a couple of hours

Medical insurence pays for a gym membership?

Syntax replied with this 6 years ago, 2 minutes later, 3 hours after the original post[^] [v] #1,045,960

Yep and not just for me - For hell I have no clue but my insurance company and others pay because overall the cost benefit for keeping people fit outweighs the cost of hospitalization. I meet daily many who are there at no cost.

Say I should have included a Gym as a means to meet friends - Have some new gal friends and guys for Taco Tuesday for instance and invites to bar-b-q AND Church which I have declined LoL

Let me know if you think it's any good. After the other 4 I can't be arsed to shell out another £7.50 just to discover I hate it.

And yes I know there's a taster pack, they won't let me order it, I don't know why. :(

I see normal Huel but not the flavour packs. For some reason every time I order anything on huel.com, if I add the £3 (this) flavour boost taster thing, the order is cancelled. Otherwise, each flavour boost is £7.50 each, and I've already tried 4 of those. :( I want to try cacao, banana and toffee. Oh well.

What's in the flavour booster? I didn't order any because I suspected it was mostly sugar.

Have you tried calling them?

Just sachets you mix with your Huel, various flavours if you don't like the regular Vanilla/Original Huel. Not sure about the precise ingredients but the flavours are coffee, banana, toffee, mocha, matcha, strawberry and pineapple and others. I want to try the £3 set with 10 mini tasters.

I should probably stop being difficult and just call/email them yeah.

I assume it was my stomach reaction to the sudden change from solid foods to Huel, but it didn't let up. I just had more gas. I didn't suffer any other side effects though and honestly felt just fine. If there were more varieties that didn't cost stupid money then I would have stuck at it.
