I get you don't want to ban but just look up what he posts elsewhere... outside MC/TC he is a child pedo. If you don't care at least let your users know you are ok with pedo's.

I'm not going to ban someone for posts they allegedly make somewhere else. I don't particularly like him. The second he posts anything resembling pedo shit he's permabanned. However he has not done that yet. I cannot ban people for things someone else thinks they might do at some indeterminate point in the future maybe.
