I once had a nosebleed in my sleep, idk how it happened, but somehow I didn't get any blood on my pillow and it all stayed in my nose. When I woke up, I pulled out a ribbon of semi coagulated blood that was started at the front of my left nostril and was hanging down in my nasal cavity.
