I'm not sure about that but me wondering about it counts for something when it comes to the Chinese government and what to think about it. At least to me. We are all like retarded little sheeps, and I say that in the most affectionate way, we are sheep who aren't like normal sheep, but we are all incredibly cute and that doesn't help the situation which is the wolf manifested as the Chinese government. God help us against the Chinese government.

Now here's a ridiculous situation if I've ever seen one. In China, there's a 24 year old famous pedophile/ephebophile pop singer, who's been dating a 12 year old girl for the LAST TWO YEARS, openly and publicly, and it's fully allowed! She's now 13 (will be 14 this year), and he's 25 or 26, and they have been together for at least 2 years. They've known each other since she was 8, and when she turned 12 he publicly professed his love for her, and stated that they plan to marry at 16. They apparently don't have sex or even kiss, at least not publicly, but they go on dates, send each other love notes, hang out together, go to the movies, dinners, etc, and post pics about all of this online, and have been for YEARS. That's great, so she only has to wait until the ripe old age of 16 to marry and have sex. Showing such discipline! That is unless they only have to wait until later this year, when she turns 14, which is the age of consent in China.
So here's the problem with this situation: Why is this man allowed to openly flaunt his pedophilia/ephebophilia? (considering that they've been friends since she was 8 and started dating at 11/12 at the latest, it's borderline real pedophilia, not even ephebobilia). I think this is a serious topic for discussion, and I'd love to have this debate/discussion with someone. Considering the situation of the people on this board who have to pretend every day that they're not interested in girls this age, and have to constantly say things like "It's just a fantasy, I would never hurt a child/never do it in real life.", I wonder about situations like this. It even seems that China and its media supports this, because they are pop stars and record love duets and music videos together, and have followers and fans. Does this mean that all pedophiles should move to China and will be free to have open child relationships there?
Why is it for this guy pedophilia is not a fantasy, and why is he allowed to be open about his pedophilia and practice it publicly? I think this is a serious issue that needs to be addressed. Also, many people on forums and the comments section of the news articles about it, are supporting it and defending the couple. Needless to say, if it were a white American guy doing the same thing, no one would defend him and he would be crucified. And the girl is from Canada and is half white/half Chinese on top of it!

It doesn't ease the frightening nature of it, it doesn't ease it to know its the result of industry which is there to produce stuff that more than normal is based on creating stuff for the west. That's true isn't it? While we here in the west get a fit over some moral issues and consider ourselves better because of it, it can't be denied that we are hypocritical because after all, our cheap stuff isn't really cheap, there's real people paying a literally painful price for it.
