Or at least, none that are FDA approved. Men who lose testicles due to cancer or other complications have to order Neuticles, which are prosthetic testicles intended for use in animals (and they have to lie to the manufacturer to get them, because the manufacturer can get into legal trouble for selling them for use in humans), and then pay a plastic surgeon to implant them.
How do you feel about this? The FDA wants so many millions of dollars to approve them that no one is willing to spend the money, and most men just take this under-the-table route. It's really not fair that fake breasts and so many other silicone implants are approved but men with cancer have to go through this. Fuck the FDA.
I had a teacher in high school who was an avid rock climber. There are no mountains in Florida so he was a depressed prick all the time. One day he decided to construct his own rock wall. While constructing it he accidentally stapled his cod sack to a piece of wood. He cried out in pain and for help for hours. Nobody came to rescue him. In desperation he pulled himself as hard as he could away from the board. His entire left nut was ripped from his sack as well as some of his vas deferens (sp?). He was riddled with pain but he was able to make it to a phone and call the paramedics. He was rushed to the ER and sent to surgery immediately. NOW HERE IS THE STRANGE PART!!!! Just before he went under (he told the whole class this story) the surgeon stood over him and said:
"Mr. Mikerson (his name was Mike Mikerson). Do you liek bass???"
He woke up and found that his left ball was replaced by a watermelon jolly rancher. True story on my mother's life.

Au contraire, I happen to have been researching the perfect prosthetic testicle for the last fifteen years. People take the testicle for granted; it's really a complex being. Factors like sack-drag, density, shape, and size all play into the ideal testicle.

Excellent question, friend. Unfortunately, we have yet to find a material that perfectly emulates the form and function of a real testicle. Like I said before: the testicle is a complex being.
All hope is not lost though. I have switched my focus from a silicon derivative to a man-made polyplastic material, and the results have been very promising.

I think it's because even though they have drugs that increase blood flow to the clitoris, none of the clinical trials have shown any increase in libido or sexual pleasure.
