There are specialty monitors available from some companies. I haven't looked in some time, but they can be had, perhaps somewhat expensively.
Anyhow it quite ridiculous that screens on the big side of things got wider while on the small side of things got taller, so sometimes you watch a youtube video on a large widescreen but the video was made with camera phone held in portrait orientation, so it looks fucking retarded.
