It happened to me today for the first time in my life. Fine weather, calm air, straight and level flight. Halfway through a flying lesson and I was violent sick. No apparent reason. It spoilt my day - it spoilt the airplane and it was vile.

I was once landing in Narita airport, Japan. There was a storm, and the turbulence were really violent, the plane often dropped suddenly, really far.

I felt really nauseas, but thankfully I didn't have to make use of the paper bags like other passengers had to.
