I didn't because I couldn't figure out which Canadian law enforcement agency to report him to. I'm happy to send a message to whoever your like. Initially he was banned for one week but then kept ban evading so now he's functionally permabanned. He can always continue to ban evade and we can ban on sight but he's PNG here.

Mods can ban people for any length of time. No one here likes him. He's been warned several times about posting violent threats on this forum and didn't stop. We can't be hosting bomb or death threats here. We only ban for like 3 things and one of them is illegal violent content.
