Renting just doesn't cut it, owning is much nicer. Why stop at just a house though? Land is where it's at, you want some land if you don't have some already. If anyone ever saw me on my land doing questionable stuff, I could say fuck off this is my land. I would be right too. Owning land = freedom. Just saying.

Ever heard a doctor say someone is dehydrated and needs to be drinking X amount of water a day, and the person says "Well I do drink a bunch of coffee or tea" and the Doc says "That doesnt count because they're diuretics"
Well it's a fact that if you don't drink anything for several days you will die...but guess what? If you drink only coffee for two weeks you will be alive.(barring some other cause of death other than dehydration)
