What you need to understand is that the internet is more than just chans and some people do take it seriously.
For someone who uses the internet to run their business, it's their livlihood. It's not fair that some dipshit 14-year-old can ruin someone's life and then say "hurr durr, their fault for making interwebz srs bzns."

If your livelihood is online business, I would hope you are net-savvy enough to make a distinction between legitimate customers, people who just like complaining, and 14 year-olds who spend too much time on the chans. That's not to say that abusive online behavior is fair or should be defended, but it is to be expected. Lots of jobs have drawbacks and hazards that are part of the job. If you make your living online, then complaints, bullshit, and scams just come with the territory. I don't see that changing any time soon.
