Fun fact: Saskatchewan is a level of Jedi apprenticeship above Padawan.
Samuel Hearne, working for the Hudson Bay Company, built Cumberland House in 1774 to train future Europeans in the Jedi arts taught to him by native Lakota and Cree peoples. In 1870 Canada acquired the Hudson Bay Company's territories, claiming them in the wake of the First Canadian-Sith War after clearing out many Sith lords from the native prairie. Canada decided to name the province Saskatchewan to honor the work Hearne did bringing balance to the force as Padawan, then Saskatchewan, and later as a full Jedi Master.

Nope
Try to find a Canadian who has strong positive feelings towards Saskatchewan (and isn't from there...and even then...)

Does it have a desolate, cement Riverwalk?
