That doesn't make them real. It's like saying "I'm hearing so many reasons to vote for Brexit". That may be the case but it doesn't change the fact that it would be a stunningly stupid thing to believe any of those people.

Why are literally no prayers ever answered? I do not accept "in His time" or "He did answer but said no" as anything but cop outs. "Ask, and you shall receive."

Would you please pray that God will let me get the money I need? He will know what you mean. It is not selfish money. I need a specific amount of money to help family, and I cannot seem to get it. It is a sincere, selfless prayer.

I'm ready to do this, but I'm afraid I really need to ask for details about what exactly you need and why you need it. Because praying for money is quite irregular to be honest.

I would wager it's probably one of the more common things people pray for. Praying for general wealth and prosperity, promotions, raises, and winning the lottery are pretty common among people from what I hear.

That's not a good comparison. One is based in fact and logic, and one is based on faith and emotion.

Damn that is just about the same argument I always use - Not the > who happened to be born under the Christain faith somewhere in the 1900's is correct?
Timeline of when the Begats began based on Old Testesment maybe put it at 5000 years ago which is a good version for the comic book version of Old Testesment.
With all the Roman (8th century BCE) and Greek Gods (Around 700 BC) and among those Gods and Goddesses there are some really Cool types of them and sum not so cool -
Hindus are totally complex and offer a huge number of powerful Deities. Next door Neighbor Self-Realization Fellowship, tells me they are based on a More Modern version of Hinduism.
This is my current Proof of Prayers to God are totally Bogus
My current example of how some Made up God (by dem Jews) cannot answer a prayer uses this example - Millions of People around the world watched the 2nd Plane on target for the 2nd Tower - The Muslims on board the 2nd Plane were in Prayer to Allah begging Allah to keep them on target
If Millions of people all make the same Prayer at the same time - So much for the value of Prayer

Wait, you were seriously suggesting a vote for Britain to leave the EU was based on "facts and logic"? These "facts" that were made up by Dominic Cummings, repeated by a shameless liar (who is now their Prime Minister) who later accepted they weren't true, while appealing to all the "logic" of a poorly-educated underclass that pins the blame for an unsustainable capitalism on 'filthy foreigners'? This is an example of "facts and logic" to you?

Matthew 7
7 “Do not judge, or you too will be judged. 2 For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
3 “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? 4 How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? 5 You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.
6 “Do not give dogs what is sacred; do not throw your pearls to pigs. If you do, they may trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you to pieces.

A statement of fact is not a judgement my child. If I say "Ted Bundy was a murderer" I am not necessarily judging him.

You're moving the goalposts and that's not clever or cunning either. I'm saying that the situation of voting about brexit has practical applications which use facts and logic compared to having faith or not in a higher power being based more on emotion and thoughts

You and I No Prayer ain't standing a chance of solving OP Problem so how do you suggest Dark solve $$ Problem? Rob a bank?
> I'm saying that the situation of voting about brexit has practical applications which use facts and logic
This sentence makes absolutely no sense. "The situation of voting about Brexit", what does that even mean? And you say it has "practical applications" (voting has "practical applications"? Name them please because I genuinely don't understand your idea here) which use facts and logic? Are you saying the applications themselves use facts and logic (huh??) or the voting utilises facts and logic? (again, huh???)
> compared to having faith or not in a higher power being based more on emotion and thoughts
Compared to having faith "or not"? So you're saying the decision to have religious faith is based on emotions and "thoughts" (?? - can you name any type of conscious human decision that is not based on "thoughts"?)...and also the decision not to have faith is based on emotions and thoughts (??) rather than facts and logic. Which contradicts your own point. You're saying faith in God isn't based on fact and logic...and a lack of faith is also not based on facts and logic.
