terri no clue why you could not upload. I took a random WikiHow and uploaded just to test.
It's possible the one you attempted to upload, comes with .webp instead of .jpg - Unfortunately we get no feedback from Imgur and all we see is a long hang that never goes away on uploading
I often run into images in .webp and they are not acceptable for imgur uploading. Simply convert to .jpg first and you will be good to go.

Yeah, sometimes WikiHow plays little linking tricks with images that link to other images that have been converted to different formats. Sometimes they just leave the previous file extension on for fun and tack the new one on after it. And sometimes they make directories with file extensions that link to something else because otherwise how would you trap the jpg minotaur if not in a confusing labyrinth of subdirectories that link you to thumbnails of stuff in different formats?
Take this for example:

If you look at the link on that WikiHow page it will look like a jpg link to your browser but re-direct you to the webp version above.

How are you sending them to imgur? Are you just dragging shit around in the browser? Right clicking and hitting 'copy link'? If so, WikiHow's weird circus of links might be the problem.

I tried converting to different formats to get imgur to throw some kind of error, but it seems to work just fine as long as you convert it from webp to a format imgur takes. Imgur has an upload limit of 50 images per hour. Unless you hit that, I have no idea why you were having trouble.

Dua all I can say is - Wood say more but on return from Kaboo, Brain is covered in Alcohol and some kind of smokey stuff -

So simple to convert from webp to .jpg so ALWAYS Check Extensions
That said - I will no longer put up with shit you post on occasion and next time I will make your life less than it currently is which is sad as it can be but it can be made even sadder

Don't worry. It'll be okay. There's still plenty of crushed ice, salt, and limes. We'll have some margaritas tomorrow and convert them to jpgs. We'll get some nice stock images to enjoy on the beach and we listen to Brian converted to Kaboo.jpg by the sea.

My guess and only a guess. He is saying when you post images you shouldn't be posting. Perhaps you should be working on growing a pole instead of a hole, or perhaps Syntax will take your problem up to a higher level, and get your working on hole; messed with.
