While I appreciate that you try to raise awareness for the potential risks SRS has, I think it's unrealistic to claim that all SRS results are bad and that all of us have awful smell in our neovagina and that all of us have wounds between our legs.

I had SRS and my neovagina looks just fine. I also don't have hair growth inside and it doesn't smell awfully. Is it the same as a vagina? Not entirely. But it's a good reconstruction.

Do all operations go flawlessly? Of course not. There are SRS operations that go wrong. But there are also good results where the surgeon is able to preserve sensation and deliver an aesthetically good result.

Again, while I think it's good to raise awareness of the potential risks of SRS, I think the tone of this sub should change a bit if you don't want to get banned. You should stop mocking patients whose surgery went wrong and you should also stop generalizing all SRS results. There are good results. For some people SRS is in fact the right path. There are regretters, absolutely. There are people for who SRS is not right. But there are also lots of people for who it did help with the distress of being born transsexual.

Still think about this. How much time in total have you really got to No a Vagina in the same way you No your Penis.
