No, Tusk is their best album (Storms is arguably the most beautiful song ever written). Following that: Rumours, the self-titled and Say You Will. Tango In The Night comes in 5th.
Fun fact, and this one is actually true - the guitar solo at the end of Murrow Turning Over In His Grave (from 2:35 in this clip) is the most difficult solo I have ever successfully learnt how to play. It sounds MUCH more difficult than it is because of reverb effects, but it's still very tricky.
