There is also Charter, AT&T, and Bright House Networks. I currently use AT&T (they don't enforce their caps in this part), but I'm looking to get a higher-speed internet with at LEAST 10mb/s UL so I can set up my own Web site without having to rely upon shitty and/or overpriced Web hosts while retaining full control of my server. Whether or not I can pull through with that is directly dependent on whether or not I have a steady source of income.
