No it isn't. You were born with a pole or a hole. There is no surgery or therapy that will change your gender, except for cosmetic changes. If you still have male parts then you're are a male. If you end up with female parts, you're still a male. I am open minded, so if you want to extend Halloween to any day of the week, I have no problem with that.
