There's not a whole lot of fried things that bacon grease won't make a lot better. I am thinking about a bacon grease sandwich right about now.

Very true, I just wish it wasn't so unhealthy. Maybe if I'm ever diagnosed with a terminal illness, I can live the good life and cook every meal in bacon grease.

Growing up i always went for bacon and cheese on a toasted blueberry bagel
In Italy always the little cans of pâté and wedges of spreadable cheese (à la laughing cow) on toast with an egg fried with salt/pepper/curry powder

Ugh I never thought about a hash brown but that's a good idea! The bacon has to be coated in maple syrup and hot sauce too though.
Blueberry bagels are for cream cheese or butter only. Everything bagels are superior for eggs and bacon thanks.
