Mortgage is paid OFF
Some fool keeps thinking I still live in the Condo I bought while this place in Cardiff by the Sea was being built. And I am still partners and manage that unit for the owner.
I do have Mortgages on Condo's &2 house in that general area and they are NOW on long term leases with one hell of a deal - Took me 4Ever to figure out the best way to do the Rent or Lease2 thing and upkeep and repairs and always something like the Garbage disposal broke and plumbing this and dat
Now I do NOT have to worry about any of that any more - So if anyone wants to no how to go about a deal like that catch me in PMs here
SS amount is damn nice but one cannot live on it in this general area at all No way no how
