NOPE - Over a number of years I met and worked with politicians. A Governor, lots of Congress people because of *mostly matters* over the Environment. Sure many disagreed with me and one who's legislative aid, I regret not skinny dipping with. FEW Regrets in my life but that is in my top 3.
*I worked for/with on a GREAT Congressman from Texas On/Off for 10 years. - He DRANK Waaayyy to much and that wood be TMI - He partied real hard and had terrific AMAZING Girlfriends TWO at the same time WITH A WIFE at the same time. One of his GF's was key to so much that and again TMI for now.
Had the opportunity to meet two Presidents but said no to that. One was that silly get a free pen for a bill signing party.
There was a Senator from my home state that drove me nuts over environmental anything - He said if you have seen one Redwood you have seen them all (need to look up for direct quote) His wife was a terrific Environmentalist.
All this Word Salad to say as I ponder the question - I wandered the halls of the Senate and Congress for 5-to 30 minute meetings with - Many against my points of view but cannot think of One where I walked on shaking my haid about our form of Government - Of course I never met a Donald Trump type of politician.
Perhaps people in USA should get to no their Congressperson. Mayor? Council person? Hummmmm I have only met a couple of mine locally and one was James Bond and that dummy kicked Virgin of Guadalupe out of town.

I had a PM conversation with one of the Mods here years ago about that. She kept trying to locate me GEO wise so I threw her off but now if she were to PM me I wood provide what she wanted to look up with Nexus/Lexis - Then she could or another Mod could as MOD Verify.
