@previous (C)I don't think I've ever swapped out one of your pictures, actually. I think the most moderating I've ever done to you specifically was delete some spammy topics of yours and then give you a very short warning ban when you wouldn't stop. Otherwise, I don't really have any reason to interfere with you.
Quite a few users have set image permissions, so if that's happening it could be quite a few people doing it. You'll just have to have a sense of humour about it, I suppose! This authentic Snopes article said you're good at that.

A lot of users have setimage without being able to delete images. You can't setimage a post if the user has already attached an image, unless you have both setimage + delete image perms, so I intentionally restrict the number of anonymods/mods who can delete images. Obviously, full mods can do both delete image and setimage since they're trusted.
I might look into some function that lets mods see the history of each post's images, so they can restore previously-removed images if need be. Perhaps even prohibit setimage use on known-good posters/anons. Or something like that, idk.
