Yesterday I forgot I was meant to meet her for lunch, and now she's threatening to break up with me. She's accusing me of missing lunch to do cocaine and cheat on her again. I mean yes, I did do both of those things yesterday, but she has no right to invade my privicy like that.

Wow so, I don't mean to criticize, but it sounds like the value of your flat has gone down considerably -- at least .328%. Poor Svetlana has to worry about becoming homeless at this rate. I think you should be more sensitive to her obvious concern about your financial status. Maybe when the value goes back up to 305,000 things will improve.

Ofc I'm trying every day to hit 305k, but it's very difficult. Definitley doesn't help that the appraisers I use are refusing to value my flat as often.
