I count five non-white people in the image. It looks to be ~90% white (to be fair some people are masked or otherwise obscured to the point where it's hard to tell so there may well be more non-white people than that). Wikipedia says Portland is 76% white (including hispanic whites) as of the 2010 census so Antifa appears to whiter than Portland as a whole.
Antifa is explicitly anti-racist so the fact that they are very white as a whole indicates to me that racism isn't always the explanation for why a group has little diversity.
