Hey it's been a unique day - and I posted some details elsewhere - Deal is I got into Engineering and even Married as a result of my Ham Radio hobby and damn that can be and was an EXPENSIVE HOBBY - Now for many years I have been Paid to work for what I once told HR at my first interview and acceptance at Hughes Malibu Research Labs - When they told me how much I was going to be paid - I said "That Much" HR of course was Shocked and said something like kid dooooon't ever in your life talk like that to an HR person -

Paid $$$ When I wood have been thrilled to pay them.

Now sure there are times when it's not exactly Fun - but overall it's been a BLAST to Work and it's almost never a time I wake up and say damn I wish I did not have to work today.

The current project is NOT my cup of Tea but that will pass after a few weeks and be back to normal - Being tasked to do stuff I am not at all competent in is daunting - Plus I am Not a Plumber and now I working on Frequencies I have never in my life worked on - 71 GHZ requires plumbing and mechanical components of a sort and circuit traces LoL - Math to get it rite is stuff I have not used in 15 years - C people at Q Are 99.99% Digital and Product is to make Digital Analog
So it's hard to partner up with people that never even took a basic course in Analog - Transmitters Receivers and Antennas - All Analoge with some Digital Assist

Forcing Digital to make a transmitter/receiver is a must with lots of issues that end up as Analog interference internally as well to the outside world.

Oh to be back almost exclusively with Qualcomm Globalstar stuff - Alas with a totally new fleet up and running my services are minimal and with only 4 of what I put up eons ago still working they are not about to accept much of my commands to feel better so I - nuff said
