I indeed do go to 24 hour fitness daily with almost no exceptions - All day festivals are the exceptions. I still do a 10 Mile run about once every Month but have let that go to once about every 6 weeks. Weird how my time has remained the same when I do the same exact route. Yet on treadmill I have UPPETED and continue to see how fast and far I can go and not burst blood lines in body or brain - Weird because I wood never EVER try the Sprint method while doing my 10 Mile run - Cannot imagine doing that - Wood NEVER do that - Yet at the Gym with Water and Music and the ability 2 dial UP and then back S L O W L Y and I keep getting more better at this
