Here is what I hate about them:
1. They pretend that their chefs are professionally-trained Italian masters. In reality, I know (firsthand) than they get all their stuff in frozen bags from a central distributor, and just heat them up in a pan.
2. Their commercials portray the most whitebread, Midwestern losers, who think that little cousin jokes are hilarious.

I am mildly fascinated with some of the career Matt/Syntax posters we've got floating around. I reckon some of them are definitely from the Mental Ward or Bianca's.
How eerie that their feud has attracted such dedicated spectators.
