Reminds me of that time I looked at someone's zip code. His hole in the wall apartment was surrounded totally by Panera McDonalds - So many pizza franchises and hot dog joints. Did not see a single legit restaurant and for sure I used the talents of Google map view for a look around - Was great for laffs. A snake pit of traffic and fast food.

I pity losers who live in desolate Midwest regions of America surrounded by strip malls and outlets, no meaningful public transportation and if you’re lucky the only semblance of culture is a dying downtown with a brewery/gastropub that just opened and is about to fold in a year, a pottery shop that middle aged women drop their kids off at during the summer break, and a pathetic concrete “river” walk
