Dump dry ice in the polar sea. It'll freeze the nearby water and also sequester CO2 by dissolving it in the ocean water as the dry ice sublimates.

Or Elon Musk starts sending water to Mars in his SpaceX rockets. It'll terraform Mars and drop the sea level ?
