Topic: I need to make a very important telephone call...

but the payphone at the gas station was gone. So I went over to Walmart and they didn't have one either. I had to catch the city bus home (boy was that confusing) just to call a tow truck driver to come pick up my disabled Prevost off of the highway! Where are all the public telephones?!

Did you just step out of a time machine from the 1980s?

Is it shaped like a telephone booth? Because that would explain a lot of what you're saying.

No man I just needed a payphone! I haven't needed one in years but I recently got rid of my phone because the company (1-800-4-a-phone) went out of business.

Get back in your time machine and find another timeloop! Seriously, this one's really fucked. I'm only hanging around here until I finish a school project about apocalyptic end-times theology shaping geopolitical events. Try timeloop intertrack 45-AD08 or any of its branches. It's pretty chill there and they still have public telephones that are practically free if you watch a few ads first.

If you're on a highway there's usually at least "public call boxes" or something like that, but in the cities in most places you'd be hard pressed to find a working pay phone
