If he returned one or two packages of dirt and got caught for like $370.00, I would say yeah okay he's a bad guy. But when it goes on for YEARS to the tune of $370,000 without the company noticing, I'd say at that point it's Amazon's fault for being stupid enough to never check what people are returning.
