It's the last tooth in line before the molers, bottom left. Tbh I'm not sure I can be arsed to visit a dentist. It doesn't hurt or effect eating. I know if I leave it it'll get worse thought. Other than that all my teeth are perfect.

Don't leave it. Even if you keep it very clean there's a huge risk of getting an infection and an abscess. Filling is cheap and painless. Root canal treatment - not so much.
