As a man of God I'd ask why it matters to you to have this person add you on Facebook.

Focus your attention on doing God's work instead of trivial matters like this. Perhaps this man's refusal to 'add' you is God's way of teaching you to concentrate on your connection with God, not people on Facebook. Bless you my child.
