Here is my full application to be a moderator at minichan.org

To whom it may concern,

I would like to apply to be a moderator of your fine site. I will bring my determination and fairness to your moderator team.
I think I would make an excellent moderator, I am a man of the people but I can be a bit naughty too ;)
I have ran numerous groups online and have been completed on my excellent moderator skills. I am praised far and wide.
If you would like, I could provide numerous references attesting to my sheer dedication to moderation.
I humbly request you consider my application for a moderation position.
