Delicious. The cucumber relish is supposed to cool your mouth off, as it is eaten with spicy dishes. I ate it with a very spicy Thai beef salad.

One of the comical things I miss about Gokunming reviews of the mixian was that 99.9% of the Expats on the site despised that dish because of Stank and said it was only edible when covered up in mass of hot chillies and chilli oil mixes to cover up the Stank and off taste. One infamous USA minichan poster wood rail and rail at the other Expats and disagree with them. 1000's of street vendors and - anyway again mystery meat for broth and something about something fermented but hey apparently all the other Expats were rong and Looser from Looser~anna was rite.
