I had a baby squirrel fall out of a tree before. We just put a Tupperware with leaves and put the baby squirrel in it and nailed it to the side of the tree and the mom squirrel cane and got it and carried it back to the nest. It was really weird because I didn’t expect anything to happen. A storm knocked the nest down and a cat ate like 3 of the other babies lol

not really worth it when they are tiny pre-fledgling babies. i can raise a bird but they are usually already doing poorly when I find them

it happened again! this one was a lil hatchling nestling and he had a broken leg. when my cat finds them she just panics and stares at it and meows

i set him up in hospice I guess. I know where the nest is, but I can't reach it and he's injured. it's in a weird corner of my house behind a stone pillar. rip, say your prayers for baby birds
